Maxine Price Cedeno, 74 of Elizabeth City transitioned from labor to reward at the Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation Center on April 3,2019.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday,April 6,2019 at 2:00p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home with the Rev.Samuel T. Stallings as Eulogist.
Visitation will take place on Friday April 5,2019 at Stallings Funeral Home 401 S.Dyer St. Elizabeth City, N.C.
