Barbara Gilliam, of Hwy 32 Plymouth, NC transitioned from labor to reward on March 18,2017 at Vidant Chowan Hospital in Edenton, NC.

Celebration of Life will held on Saturday March 24, 2017 at Temple of Christ Church, Plymouth,NC at 1:00p.m. with Pastor Avery Barnes officiating. Burial will follow in Simmons Memorial Gardens.There will be a visitation on Saturday March 25,2017 from 11:00a.m. until time of service

Mrs. Gilliam leaves to cherish her memories her father; Herman Norman Sr. a mother; Emma Jones, two daughters Prophetess Felesheion Phelps (Bobby) of Plymouth,NC, Overseer Patricia Smith(Milton) Belhaven,NC. one son Ronald Gilliam. five sisters; Denise Norman, Carolina Norman, Mt. Vernon,NY, Pamela Norman, Betty Sessom of Colerain,NC; Emily Norman Barrow; four brothers; Herman Norman of Mt. Vernon,NY, Brian Norman of New Rochelle, NY, William Blount of Merryhill,NC, Herman Carter of Plymouth,NC. 8 grandchildren,loving aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Gilliam' s remains rest in the care of Stallings Memorial Chapel of Hertford,NC
