Mr. Charles Clayton  Cooper , 64 of Elizabeth City transitioned from this life on March 8, 2017 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Celebration of Life will be on Monday March 13, 2017 at Holy Trinity Community Church at 1:00p.m. with Rev. Elsie Cole Eulogist ,Rev. Samuel T. Stallings, Pastor  There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Sunday March 12,2017 from 4-7. The family will receive love ones and friends at his daughter's home Charna Cooper Boyd 133 Terrilynn Way, Elizabeth City, NC.

Mr. Charles leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife Esther P. Cooper of Elizabeth City, a son Anthony Cooper of Elizabeth City,NC, one daughter Charna Boyd(Emmanuel) of Elizabeth City,NC, God-daughter Juvanda Crutch(Kevin) of Elizabeth City,NC a special niece Simona Trimblett (Tyron), 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Cooper's remains rest in the care of Stallings Funeral Home, Elizabeth City,NC
