Dora V. Dillard departed from this earthly life on September 19, 2025.

A Life Celebration Service will be held on Saturday September 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Stallings Funeral Home will be assisting the Dillard family with excellence and care during their time of bereavement.
