Doris M. Lamb departed from this earthly life on September 7, 2022.
Life Celebration Services will take place on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 1:30 pm at New Sawyer’s Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Camden, NC. A viewing will take place at Stallings Funeral Home on Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
Doris Marcell Lamb was born on January 4, 1930 to Henry and Sophie Lamb in Camden, NC.
Doris was preceded in death by her son, Kelvin (Kimberly) and all her brothers; Roy (Gloria), Henry (Marjorie); Thurman (Edith); Roland, Elwood (Lionel) and Walter.
She leaves to cherish her memories sons James (Debra) of Colorado Springs, Co and Keith(Jane Stallings) of Houston, Tx; one granddaughter, Tavondra Lamb of Hinesville, GA; twograndsons, Demetrius Lamb (Cecilia) of Colorado Springs, Co and Jalen Lamb of Houston, Tx; two sisters-in-laws, Shirley Lamb of Elizabeth City, NC and Annie Lamb of Riverhead, NYand a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Stallings Funeral Home will be assisting the Lamb family with excellence and care during their time of bereavement.
