Our beloved, Dorothy Skinner departed from this earthly life on Monday May 3, 2021.

Dorothy Skinner life will be celebrated on Saturday May 8, 2021 2pm, at St. Stevens Missionary Baptist Church Elizabeth City, NC 27909.A viewing of Dorothy will take place at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. We are following all COVID-19 regulations.
