Elbert Harris Sr. departed from this earthly life on December 31, 2024

Life Celebration Services will take place on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at United House Of Prayer For All People Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
