Celebration of life for Fred R. Skinner Sr. will be Wednesday May 17, 2023 at Freedom Church EC at 2pm.Visitation will be Tuesday May 16, 2023 at Stallings Funeral Home from 5pm to 7pm.The family will begin receiving friends and loved ones at 728 Glade Rd. Elizabeth City, NC .
