Johnnie E. Morris

Johnnie E. Morris, 71, died on September 24, 2018. Celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 11 a.m., at Whiteville Grove AME Zion Church with Pastor William L. Bonner, Eulogist. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Stallings Funeral Home from 5pm to 8pm. Family will be receiving family and friends at 4 p.m.

Johnnie was the son of the late George and Annie Morris. He was a member of Whiteville Grove AME Zion church. He worked at IXL furniture company for 28 years. Johnnie was married to his wife, Mary Morris, for 32 years. He has three daughters: Leslie Cole (Ralph) Regina Seymore(Rudolph) Jonquetta Felton (Quontal). He has four sisters: Mildred Liverman, Margaret Sutton (Ronald), Catherine Hines(Ronald). He is preceded in death by his sister, Mable Whidbee. He also leaves behind four grandchildren and one great-grandson, and a host of family and friends.
