Joseph Armstrong Obituary

Our beloved, Joseph J. Armstrong of Elizabeth City, NC departed from this earthly life on Friday, June 11, 2021.

Life Celebration Service will take place on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 12 noon at Faith & Victory Christian Center Church Elizabeth City, NC. Interment will follow in the Dove's Landing Cemetery in Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Friday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Stallings Funeral Home will be assisting the Armstrong family with excellence and care during their time of bereavement.
