Mike leaves to cherish his memories and celebrate his life, estranged wife Linda Leary Bonds of Edenton, NC, ex-wife Judith P. Bonds of Petersburg, VA; children: Michael Coston (Yolanda) of Raliegh, NC, Miguel Bonds of Las Vegas, NV, Jurica Brown (Freddie) of Yorktown, VA, Zenard Bonds of Newport News, VA, and Milena McDowell (George) ofFayetteville, NC; stepchildren: James Deshawn Leary of Edenton, NC, Thelma Leary of Fayetteville, NC, and Mario Leary of Edenton, NC; siblings: Reverend Dr. Joseph Bonds (Dr. Barbara) of Jamaica Queens, NY, Lethia Juanita Jones of Elizabeth City, NC, Mattie Faye Bonds of Palatka, FL, Anthony Bonds of Kill Devi Hill, NC, and Evelyn Denise Bonds of Elizabeth City, NC; 14 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Stallings Funeral Home will be assisting the Bonds family with excellence and care during their time of bereavement.
