"Ruth" Naomi Spence (83) of 114 Franklin St. Elizabeth City, N.C. transitioned from labor to reward on April 21,2019 at her residence.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday April 27,2019 at 1 o'clock in the afternoon at the Memorial Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Joseph Turner as Pastor and the Rev. Timothy Stallings,Sr. as Eulogist.
Visitation will be held on Friday April 26, 2019 from 5 to 7p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home 401 S. Dyer St.Elizabeth City.
