Phyllis J. Skinner entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.

Life Celebration Services will take place on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 2:30 pm at Stallings Funeral Home. A viewing will take place at the funeral home Saturday from 5 pm - 7 pm.
