Our beloved Roxanne G. Gibbs departed from this earthly life on Saturday, August 12, 2023.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church 1166 Ball Road, Elizabeth City NC 27909.A viewing will be on Friday, from 5-7p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home whereby you can greet the family.

Stallings Funeral Home will be assisting the Gibbs family with excellence and care during their time of bereavement.
