Sally Jennings Dawson

Mrs. Sally Jennings Dawson of Hurdletown Road, Hertford,NC entered into eternal rest on February 12,2017 at Waterbrooke Assisted Living.

She was the daughter of the late Herbert L. Jennings Sr. and Sally Armstrong of Perquimans County. She was also a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church Effingham St. Portsmouth,Va.

Mrs. Dawson is survived by two brothers George R. Jennings of Hertford,NC and Elmer W. Jennings of Elizabeth City. She was preceded in death by a sister,Beatrice Perry. And she leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will be on Friday February17,2017 at 12:00 noon with the Rev. Timothy C. Stallings,Sr.officiating. Burial will be in the Jennings Family Cemetery 943 New Hope Rd.

Visitation will be held Thursday at Stallings Funeral Home in Elizabeth City from 5-7p.m.
