Our beloved, Sheila P. Hylton departed from this earthly life on Friday, August 5, 2022.

Funeral Services will take place on Friday, August 12, 2022 at First Gospel Tabernacle beginning at 2 pm.A viewing will take place on Thursday, at the funeral home from 5 pm to 7 pm.

Sheila transitioned on August 5, 2022 at the home of her mother. She leaves to cherish her memories: her daughter, Devanee Denise Hylton of Richmond, VA; bonus daughter and grandson, Olaya and Torey Hylton both of Richmond, VA; and parents, Josephus Parker Sr. and Louise E. Parker of Hertford, NC; in addition she leaves, brother, Josephus Parker Jr. (LaToya) (Hertford, NC) ; sisters, Edwina Ellison (Ivy) (Newport News, VA), Judy Riddick (Ronnie) (Elizabeth City, NC); nieces, Satoya, Imani, and Jonae; nephews, Brandon, Keith, Sayon; great nephews, Ka’von, Kasaun, Kaiden; great niece, Napiera; great great niece, Sayona; two uncles and one aunt; and a host of cousins and friends.
