Stacie  Mann entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 4, 2022.

Funeral Services for Stacie Mann  will be at Samuel's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 2 pm. A viewing will be held on Friday, at Stallings Funeral Home from 5 pm – 7 pm.Due to Covid restrictions, masks are required.

Stacie Mann was born November 15, 1971 in Hempstead, Long Island to Dorothy Mann and Erye Cook. She attended Hempstead High School and received nursing and phlebotomy certifications, later becoming an educator of sciences at Richmond School of Health and Technology.

Stacie was devoutly religious, frequently studying and learning scripture and was always ready to have spirited religious debates and discussions. She was known for being the strong, courageous person people could depend on, she never hesitated to defend and protect the ones she loved. She was also was fiercely independent and strong willed.  Stacie always expressed her thoughts and opinions honestly and directly, had a great sense of humor and were one of the best dressed people around. She was thoughtful and caring, never forgetting a birthday.  

Stacie was preceded in death by her brother Richard Mann. She is lovingly remembered by her parents Dorothy Mann and Erye Cook, her siblings Stanley, Tammy, Ralph, Barbara, Nichelle, Kayla and Bradley; her aunts and uncles Martha Butts, Charlean, Lorenzo, Vivian, Cherrie, Mildred, Ann, Julia, Maggie, Alline, Mack, Roland and Leroy; several nieces and nephews including her goddaughter Tash Nicole, god granddaughter TeeJay Nova, Marcus, Andre, Tabitha, Stephen, Naquan, Jillian, Lakeim, Marissa, Stanley Jr., Chris, Jasmine, Tyler, Taylor, Zack, Jayden, Andre Jr. and Naquan Jr.; her cousins including Marcia, Tracy, Meyoka, Dee Dee, Nailah, Barry, Vicki, Donna, Dana, Antoinette, Tanya, Rodney, Felicia, Farrah, Paul and Brooklyn, her sister-in-law's including Lorraine, Yolanda, Shauna and Hope, her closest friends including Joann Newman and Angie Clinding as well as a host of other beloved family members and friends.

Stallings Funeral Home will be assisting the Mann family with excellence and care during their time of bereavement.
