A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Tuesday May 16, 2017 at 11a.m. at Stallings Funeral Home Chapel  401 S,Dyer St. Elizabeth City, NC

Mr. Moore leaves to cherish his memories a fiancé Yvette George of the home, two daughters: Keisha Gregory of Owings Mills,Md, LaTonya Gregory of Elizabeth City,NC and one son: William S. Shannon of Richmond,Va. Two sisters: Shirley Kennard of Baltimore,Md, H.Dionne Moore of Durham,NC and one brother: Garson Banks of Baltimore,Md. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins. 

Mr. Moore's remains rest in the care of Stallings Funeral Home of Elizabeth City,NC
