Willie Donnell Mullen departed from this earthly life on November 20, 2025.

Life Celebration Service will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
